We're partnering with a fast-growing organization and seeking a Web Content Specialist to take day-to-day ownership of our client's website content and digital experience.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working directly within a CMS, keeping website content accurate and up to date, and using data to continuously improve how visitors navigate and engage with the site.

You'll work across website content, SEO, digital storefront management, analytics, and emerging search optimization practices, with the opportunity to help improve the overall online customer journey.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage day-to-day website content updates within a modern, no-code CMS.

  • Create, update, and maintain website pages, content, navigation, and other site elements.

  • Maintain and update the organization's online storefront.

  • Implement SEO best practices across website content and pages.

  • Support the organization's evolving approach to AI search optimization, including AEO/GEO.

  • Use GA4 to understand how visitors arrive on the site, navigate through pages, and move toward conversion.

  • Identify areas of friction or drop-off within the website journey and recommend improvements.

  • Support ongoing improvements to website usability and the overall digital customer experience.

  • Monitor website performance and use data to inform content and optimization decisions.

  • Collaborate with marketing and other internal stakeholders on website priorities and updates.

  • Balance ongoing website maintenance with new optimization initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience managing website content within a CMS or no-code website platform.

  • Comfortable independently making website and content updates without relying on developers for routine changes.

  • Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals; deep technical SEO expertise is not required.

  • Familiarity with GA4 and an understanding of how to use website analytics to evaluate user behaviour.

  • An understanding of website journeys, conversion paths, and digital customer experience.

  • Strong attention to detail and comfort maintaining a high volume of website content.

  • Organized and able to manage multiple website priorities at different stages.

  • Curious about emerging search behaviours and technologies, including AEO/GEO and AI-driven discovery.

  • Comfortable working with an ecommerce site.

We're looking for someone who is comfortable owning the practical day-to-day website experience while using analytics and customer behaviour to make it better.
