We're partnering with a fast-growing organization seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to take ownership of paid acquisition and full-funnel performance.

This is a hands-on role for an experienced performance marketer who thinks beyond campaign execution. You'll be responsible for understanding how customers move through the entire acquisition journey, identifying where performance can be improved, and designing thoughtful experiments that translate into measurable growth.

The organization is entering its next stage of growth and bringing greater structure and sophistication to its marketing function, with an increased focus on measurement, experimentation, reporting, documentation, and data-driven decision-making.

You'll have significant autonomy, visibility with senior leadership, and the opportunity to directly influence how the organization approaches performance marketing.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own paid acquisition strategy and execution across Meta, Google, and other relevant performance channels.

  • Manage and optimize performance across the full acquisition funnel rather than focusing solely on media metrics.

  • Analyze the customer journey to identify conversion opportunities, friction points, and areas of drop-off.

  • Translate business objectives into acquisition strategies, campaign plans, budgets, testing roadmaps, and measurable performance targets.

  • Develop a structured experimentation program across creative, messaging, audiences, offers, landing pages, and conversion paths.

  • Partner with creative resources to develop and test new hooks, messaging, concepts, formats, and advertising approaches.

  • Evaluate landing-page and website performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion.

  • Develop retargeting strategies based on customer behaviour and funnel stage.

  • Use customer and campaign data to understand what's happening throughout the acquisition journey-not simply at the initial click.

  • Monitor performance and make informed decisions around budget allocation, optimization, and scaling.

  • Support positioning and messaging decisions using performance data and market insights.

  • Help adapt acquisition strategies and messaging as the organization expands into new markets.

  • Develop clear reporting that connects marketing activity to business outcomes.

  • Present findings, learnings, and recommendations to marketing and senior leadership.

Experimentation & A/B Testing

A sophisticated understanding of A/B testing and experimentation is critical to this role.

We're looking for someone who understands how to design meaningful experiments-not simply someone who has experience running different versions of an ad.

You should be comfortable:

  • Developing clear hypotheses.

  • Determining exactly what variable is being tested.

  • Identifying the appropriate KPI for each experiment.

  • Structuring tests to generate meaningful results.

  • Isolating variables where appropriate.

  • Evaluating performance across different stages of the funnel.

  • Interpreting results and identifying actionable insights.

  • Documenting learnings and applying them to future campaigns.

Experimentation may span creative, messaging, audiences, landing pages, offers, conversion paths, and other elements of the customer journey.

What We're Looking For

  • Several years of progressive, hands-on experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, paid acquisition, or a related discipline.

  • Deep hands-on expertise with Meta Ads and Google Ads.

  • Strong understanding of the full acquisition funnel, from initial click through conversion.

  • Experience managing meaningful paid media budgets and making informed allocation decisions.

  • Strong knowledge of CAC, CPL, ROAS, acquisition and conversion metrics.

  • Demonstrated expertise in A/B testing and structured experimentation.

  • Experience with landing-page optimization and CRO.

  • Ability to analyze funnel performance and diagnose where and why customers are dropping off.

  • Strong analytical and commercial judgment.

  • Experience using data to inform positioning, messaging, creative, and acquisition strategy.

  • Exposure to launching, scaling, or adapting marketing programs across different markets.

  • Strong reporting and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain what happened, why it happened, and what should happen next.

  • Highly independent and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-moving environment.

  • Comfortable working closely with senior leadership.

Who Could Be a Great Fit

We're particularly interested in candidates who have developed in high-growth startup or agency environments, where they've had broad exposure to acquisition strategy and have been expected to connect execution with business outcomes.

This is an opportunity for a senior performance marketer who enjoys being close to the work while having meaningful influence over the broader growth strategy.
