We're looking for a seasoned Senior Account Manager / Integrated Project Lead to support a major national retail account within an established agency environment. This is a 6 month contract with the intention to convert to a full-time role

This is a highly visible, client-facing role for someone who combines the polish and relationship skills of a senior Account Manager with the organization, precision, and delivery mindset of a strong Project Manager. You'll act as the central point connecting the client, creative, production, finance, and other agency partners-making sure complex, high-volume programs keep moving and that the client always feels confident things are under control.

The right person is seasoned, precise, polished, and highly credible in a room. You know how to lead client conversations, navigate strong personalities, ask the right questions, bring the right stakeholders together, and create clarity when there are a lot of moving pieces.

What You'll Do

  • Lead day-to-day account and project management for a large national retail brand, supporting integrated campaigns and in-store marketing programs.

  • Serve as a senior client-facing contact, building trusted relationships and confidently leading meetings, status updates, briefings, and campaign discussions.

  • Manage a portfolio of projects spanning approximately 50% print and 50% digital, including:
    • Point-of-purchase and point-of-sale materials

    • In-store signage and promotional creative

    • Digital menu boards and digital displays

    • Branded merchandise and promotional items

    • Integrated campaign rollouts across physical and digital touchpoints

  • Own projects from initial client intake through creative development, approvals, production, and final delivery.

  • Translate client requests into clear briefs, requirements, timelines, and next steps for internal teams.

  • Orchestrate workflow across creative, production, finance, and account teams, ensuring everyone understands priorities, dependencies, and deadlines.

  • Lead recurring client meetings and agency partner huddles, confidently presenting project status, surfacing risks, and driving decisions.

  • Bring the appropriate internal stakeholders into conversations at the right time and ensure follow-ups are clearly owned.

  • Partner with designers and creative teams who develop client-facing presentations and creative materials, ensuring work is ready for effective presentation.

  • Coordinate with production teams on budgets, specifications, timelines, and execution requirements.

  • Maintain meticulous oversight of a high volume of simultaneous projects using the agency's project management/workflow platform.

  • Anticipate issues before they become problems, push projects forward, and ensure commitments made to the client are delivered.

What We're Looking For

  • Significant experience in an agency Account Management, Project Management, or integrated AM/PM role, ideally supporting a major retail, QSR, consumer, or similarly complex national account.

  • Experience managing integrated print and digital campaigns, with a strong understanding of physical production and in-store marketing.

  • A highly polished and confident client presence-you can command a room, lead the conversation, and immediately establish credibility.

  • Experience working with senior or strong client personalities and the judgment to know when to push back, escalate, clarify, or simply get things done.

  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail, particularly when managing numerous concurrent deliverables and stakeholders.

  • Strong understanding of agency workflow from brief ? creative ? approval ? production ? delivery.

  • Comfortable working across creative, production, finance, account, and external partner teams without losing sight of the bigger picture.

  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to communicate project status and complex information clearly and concisely.

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with frequent client interaction and multiple meetings throughout the week.

  • Experience with agency workflow or project management platforms such as Salesforce-based systems or similar tools is an asset.

The Profile

You're not simply someone who takes briefs and passes them along. You become the person the client and internal teams trust to know what's happening, what needs to happen next, and who needs to be involved.

You bring senior-level judgment, exceptional follow-through, and a calm, confident presence. You can move seamlessly between managing the details of a complex project and leading a high-level client conversation-and you make both look effortless. We look forward to hearing from you.
