We're looking for a social-first Graphic Designer to join a collaborative in-house creative team within a corporate organization.

This person will have a strong understanding of how brands show up across social channels and will be comfortable creating everything from polished static assets to lightweight motion, Stories, Reels, and other short-form content. While social will be a major focus, you'll also support a broader mix of digital and print creative, so strong foundationalgraphic design skills are essential.

We're looking for someone who brings ideas to the table, enjoys collaborating with other creatives and marketers, and can take a project from an initial brief or conversation through to polished final execution.

What You'll Do

  • Concept and design social-first creative across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
  • Create a mix of static, motion, and short-form video content, including posts, Stories, carousels, animations, and Reels.
  • Edit and stitch together existing video footage, imagery, graphics, typography, and audio into engaging short-form social content.
  • Adapt larger campaigns and creative concepts into platform-specific social executions.
  • Design a variety of digital and print deliverables, ensuring a consistent brand experience across channels.
  • Participate actively in creative brainstorms and team meetings, contributing ideas rather than simply executing against finished concepts.
  • Take briefs and ideas and independently run with projects from concept through execution.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, creative, content, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining a high standard of creative quality.
  • Work within established brand guidelines while finding opportunities to keep the creative fresh and engaging.

What We're Looking For

  • Professional graphic design experience with a portfolio demonstrating strong social-first creative.
  • Excellent design fundamentals, including typography, composition, layout, hierarchy, and brand consistency.
  • Experience designing across social, digital, and print.
  • Ability to create both static and motion-based social assets.
  • Comfortable with light video editing and short-form content creation, including assembling Reels and Stories from existing assets and footage.
  • Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite; experience with motion/video tools such as After Effects and/or Premiere Pro is an asset.
  • Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to contribute ideas during creative discussions.
  • Comfortable taking ownership of projects and moving them forward with limited hand-holding.
  • Collaborative, communicative, and comfortable receiving and incorporating feedback.
  • Able to balance the creative needs of social with the standards and consistency required within an established corporate brand.
  • Hospitality, travel, lifestyle, food & beverage, or other consumer-facing brand experience would be a strong asset.

The Ideal Profile

You're a designer first, but you think social-first. You understand that a great Instagram Story, Reel, or paid social asset requires a different approach than a brochure or corporate digital piece-and you're comfortable moving between all of them.

You're equally happy jumping into a brainstorm, developing an idea with the team, and then putting your headphones on and running with the execution. You bring strong creative instincts, understand what feels current on social, and have the versatility to support a wide range of brand needs across social, digital, and print.
