We're looking for a sharp, highly organized Project Manager to support a busy team across a variety of digital and social projects.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has built a solid foundation in project management and is ready to take ownership of their work. You'll coordinate projects across multiple business units and work closely with creative, marketing, production, and agency partners to keep deliverables moving from brief through completion.

We're looking for someone who is confident working independently and managing multiple moving pieces, while still being hands-on and comfortable with the day-to-day coordination that keeps projects running smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Manage a variety of digital and social projects across multiple business units.
• Turn incoming briefs into clear project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Assign and coordinate work across creative, marketing, production, and agency teams.
• Keep projects moving by managing timelines, dependencies, feedback, approvals, and next steps.
• Maintain visibility into project status and ensure stakeholders know what's happening and what's required of them.
• Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, competing priorities, and resource gaps before they impact delivery.
• Follow up with internal and external partners to keep projects on schedule.
• Communicate changes, delays, and priorities clearly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate project information and workflows using Trello, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience coordinating or managing digital, social, creative, or marketing projects.
• Strong project management fundamentals with the ability to independently manage projects and priorities.
• Experience working with creative and cross-functional teams in a fast-moving environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects, stakeholders, deadlines, and approvals simultaneously.
• Proactive and able to anticipate issues rather than waiting for direction.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills - you're friendly, thoughtful, dependable, and comfortable keeping people accountable.
• A collaborative, low-ego approach and willingness to jump in wherever needed.
• Experience with Trello is an asset; familiarity with Teams and Outlook is expected.
