Our client, a fast-growing consumer brand in the sports industry, is looking for a Social Media & Content Manager to help elevate their digital presence and engage an active community of sports enthusiasts. 

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll own the social content strategy and execution across key social platforms, creating compelling content that drives engagement, builds brand awareness, and supports product launches. 

Responsibilities: 

• Develop and execute a social media content calendar across Meta and TikTok
• Create engaging photo, video, graphic, and AI-assisted content
• Manage day-to-day community engagement, including comments, DMs, and audience interaction
• Identify and build potential relationships with influencers, ambassadors, and content creators 
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, launches, and brand initiatives

What we're looking for: 

• 3+ years of social media experience, ideally within the sports, consumer products, outdoor lifestyle, or athleisure space
• Proven ability to independently create high-quality social content (photo, video and graphics)
• Experience managing brand social channels and growing engaged communities
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment 
• Familiarity with influencer marketing and creator partnerships
• Passion for racket sports is highly preferred
