We're looking for a bilingual (French/English) Client Success Coordinator to support our agency client on their national retail client. This is a highly collaborative, fast-paced role ideal for someone with a background in customer service, account coordination, or project coordination who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys supporting both clients and internal teams.

 

What You'll Do

 

Client & Stakeholder Support

  • Monitor phone lines and shared inboxes to manage communications with Owners, Operators, and Store Managers
  • Respond to inquiries related to customer profiling, monthly merchandising kits, upcoming programs, and shipping updates
  • Provide timely, clear, and professional support across both French and English

 

Operations & Coordination

  • Monitor SKU performance and flag items that are not selling
  • Support email communications using Mailchimp
  • Maintain and update store directories and internal documentation
  • Assist with placing and processing print orders through an internal web portal

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Warehouse, Account Management, and Production teams on ongoing initiatives and special projects
  • Help ensure smooth execution of retail programs and internal processes

 

What We're Looking For

  • Fully bilingual in French and English (reading, writing, and speaking)
  • Experience in customer service, account coordination, or project coordination
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
