We're looking for a bilingual (French/English) Client Success Coordinator to support our agency client on their national retail client. This is a highly collaborative, fast-paced role ideal for someone with a background in customer service, account coordination, or project coordination who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys supporting both clients and internal teams.

What You'll Do

Client & Stakeholder Support

Monitor phone lines and shared inboxes to manage communications with Owners, Operators, and Store Managers
Respond to inquiries related to customer profiling, monthly merchandising kits, upcoming programs, and shipping updates
Provide timely, clear, and professional support across both French and English

Operations & Coordination

Monitor SKU performance and flag items that are not selling
Support email communications using Mailchimp
Maintain and update store directories and internal documentation
Assist with placing and processing print orders through an internal web portal

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Warehouse, Account Management, and Production teams on ongoing initiatives and special projects
Help ensure smooth execution of retail programs and internal processes

What We're Looking For

Fully bilingual in French and English (reading, writing, and speaking)
Experience in customer service, account coordination, or project coordination
Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders

Location: Toronto (3 days/week onsite)
