An established and growing B2B organization serving technical and manufacturing-focused industries, is looking for a Graphic Designer & Digital Content Specialist to join its marketing team.

This is a hands-on, junior-to-intermediate opportunity with approximately 70–80% of the work focused on digital creative. You’ll support email marketing, website and product content, digital campaigns, social media, and other day-to-day marketing needs, while also contributing to print materials as required.

You won’t be expected to be the subject-matter expert or develop complex technical content from scratch. Instead, you’ll work with content provided by internal experts and translate it into clear, polished, visually engaging marketing materials.

The right person has strong design fundamentals, is comfortable managing their own workflow, and can take a project or business need, ask the right questions, and figure out how to move it forward without needing step-by-step direction.

What You’ll Do

  • Design brand-aligned assets for digital marketing, including email campaigns, website content, social media, digital promotions, banners, and other campaign materials.
  • Support and execute email marketing campaigns through HubSpot, working with content and direction provided by the internal team.
  • Update and manage content across WordPress/WooCommerce websites, including product pages, imagery, banners, landing pages, and promotional content.
  • Translate technical and regulatory information provided by internal subject-matter experts into clear, engaging visual communications.
  • Create print materials as needed, including brochures, catalogues, signage, tradeshow materials, presentations, and sales collateral.
  • Develop and maintain branded templates and creative assets using Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva.
  • Use Canva to support social content, including reels and other digital assets.
  • Support occasional multimedia needs such as basic video, motion graphics, image editing, and product photography.
  • Prepare artwork for print and coordinate with printers and other external vendors through production.
  • Work alongside a small internal marketing team while coordinating with external agency partners as needed.
  • Manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities while collaborating with teams across the organization.

What We’re Looking For

  • A few years of professional graphic design experience, ideally within a B2B, manufacturing, corporate, or similarly multidisciplinary environment.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating solid design fundamentals and experience creating digital marketing and print materials.
  • Excellent understanding of typography, layout, composition, colour, visual hierarchy, and brand application.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Experience with Adobe InDesign is an asset, but not required.
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress; WooCommerce experience is an asset.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or another email marketing platform is an asset.
  • Comfortable using Canva, particularly for social and digital content.
  • Understanding of print production and file preparation.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage your own projects and priorities.
  • A proactive, resourceful approach—you’re comfortable taking initiative, solving problems, and determining next steps without constant direction.
  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats and shifting between different types of creative work within a smaller, entrepreneurial organization.
  • Experience with video/motion graphics, photography, accessible design/AODA, technical or regulatory content, or AI-powered creative tools would be an asset.

Why Join?

This is a great opportunity for a designer who enjoys variety, autonomy, and creative problem-solving and wants exposure to a broad range of marketing and creative work.

You’ll join a small, collaborative team where you can take ownership of your work while continuing to develop your skills. The role offers a flexible hybrid environment, generally requiring 1–2 days per week in the Mississauga office, particularly to support onboarding and team connection.
