We are looking for a NYC based intermediate Freelance Producer with agency experience supporting integrated projects across digital and print. This is a hands-on role for someone who can confidently manage projects from scope through delivery, working closely with creative and cross-functional teams. 

What You'll Do: 

• Manage multiple print and digital projects from kickoff through final delivery
• Support scoping, bidding, budgeting, timelines and resourcing 
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and keep projects moving forward
• Partner closely with creative teams to bring ideas to life within timing and budget
• Identify potential roadblocks early and proactively recommend solutions
• Communicate project status, priorities and next steps clearly

What we're looking for:

• 3-4 years of agency production experience
• Experience across both print and digital production
• Strong project management, budgeting and organizational skills
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities 
• Strong communicator and collaborative team player

This is a hybrid role in NYC requiring 2-3 days onsite per week.
