We're looking for a senior, hands-on OEM Partnership Marketing leader to join a global consumer technology organization for a high-impact contract.

This role sits at the intersection of strategic partnerships, customer acquisition, product marketing and customer experience. You'll work with some of the world's largest PC and technology partners to improve how consumers discover, understand and activate a digital product throughout the PC purchase and setup journey.

This is an individual contributor role with significant visibility and influence. We're looking for someone who can think strategically, build trusted partner relationships and still roll up their sleeves to understand the customer experience firsthand.

What You'll Do

  • Lead strategic marketing initiatives with major PC OEM and technology partners, including organizations such as Microsoft, Dell, HP, Lenovo, ASUS and Acer.
  • Identify opportunities to drive greater customer awareness, acquisition and activation through OEM and retail partner channels.
  • Optimize the customer journey from PC purchase through out-of-box experience (OOBE), onboarding and product activation.
  • Partner with OEM, product, UX/UI and marketing teams to improve how the product appears and communicates its value throughout the Windows PC experience.
  • Evaluate existing customer touchpoints and identify opportunities to improve messaging, placement and overall experience.
  • Develop strategies that build customer trust and clearly communicate product value without creating unnecessary friction.
  • Influence external partners and gain alignment around initiatives that create mutual customer and business value.
  • Collaborate closely with internal Product, Marketing, Customer Experience and Lifecycle teams.
  • Identify gaps between customer acquisition and activation and develop initiatives to improve conversion.
  • Translate customer insights and partner opportunities into clear recommendations and executable programs.
  • Support and mentor team members working across OEM acquisition and activation initiatives.

What You Bring

  • Significant experience in OEM marketing, partner marketing, strategic partnerships, channel marketing, product marketing or a related discipline.
  • Direct experience working within the PC, hardware or Windows ecosystem.
  • Strong familiarity with major OEMs such as Dell, HP, Lenovo, ASUS and Acer, and/or experience partnering with Microsoft.
  • Experience driving customer acquisition, activation or adoption through strategic partner channels.
  • Strong understanding of the customer lifecycle, particularly the journey from acquisition through activation and onboarding.
  • Experience with preloaded/preinstalled products, device partnerships, OOBE or embedded customer journeys is highly desirable.
  • Ability to build credibility and influence sophisticated external partners without relying on traditional vendor/client dynamics.
  • Strong customer-experience mindset with an understanding of how messaging, UX and product touchpoints influence behaviour.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable operating within a large, complex global organization.

You're a Great Fit If...

You're equally comfortable discussing partnership strategy with senior leaders and opening a test device yourself to understand exactly what a new customer experiences.

You naturally ask questions like:

  • Where are customers dropping off?
  • How can we make the value proposition clearer?
  • What could we change within the out-of-box experience to improve activation?
  • How can we create a better experience with our OEM and technology partners?
  • How do we turn an existing distribution advantage into more active, engaged customers?

You're not simply a relationship manager-you understand how partnerships can drive measurable customer growth and business outcomes.

Why This Opportunity?

This role offers the chance to influence a customer journey that reaches a significant global audience through some of the world's largest technology and PC partners.

You'll have the opportunity to shape how consumers experience a digital product from the moment they purchase and power on a new PC, while working across partnerships, acquisition, UX, product and customer lifecycle marketing.

It's a highly visible opportunity for someone who understands the PC ecosystem and wants to make a tangible impact within a complex global consumer business.
