We're looking for a Calgary-based Product Manager to join a growing digital product team focused on building, optimizing, and scaling customer-facing experiences.

This is an opportunity for someone who brings both strong analytical horsepower and high emotional intelligence. You'll be responsible for managing and improving existing digital products, identifying opportunities to enhance performance, and working closely with design, product, analytics, and business stakeholders to optimize customer journeys, adoption, engagement, and overall product impact.

The ideal candidate has experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment - ideally a Series C or later-stage startup, scale-up, or similarly progressive digital business. You're comfortable working through ambiguity, balancing strategy with execution, and using data, customer insight, and strong product judgment to move the business forward.

What You'll Do

  • Own and optimize existing customer-facing digital products and features, with a focus on improving adoption, engagement, conversion, and customer experience.
  • Analyze how products and features are performing, identify opportunities for enhancement, and translate insights into actionable product improvements.
  • Build and maintain thoughtful product roadmaps, balancing business priorities, customer needs, technical feasibility, and stakeholder input.
  • Partner closely with design to assess customer journeys, identify friction points, and shape proposed changes that improve the end-to-end experience.
  • Work cross-functionally with product owners, product design, analytics, digital sales, and other business stakeholders to align on priorities and execute against roadmap initiatives.
  • Support feature planning and implementation for loyalty, referral, customer incentive, protection, and emerging digital program experiences.
  • Use data, research, experimentation, and stakeholder feedback to inform decisions and continuously improve product performance.
  • Bring a modern, AI-native approach to your work, using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Figma, and other productivity/design collaboration tools to move faster and think more effectively.
  • Communicate clearly, thoughtfully, and proactively with stakeholders, keeping momentum high even when priorities shift or timelines are challenging.
  • Help bring energy, curiosity, humour, and optimism to the team while navigating complex product and business problems.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Digital Product Manager, Growth Product Manager, or similar role within a high-growth startup, scale-up, technology company, or digitally mature organization.
  • Calgary-based, with the ability to work closely with local stakeholders and teams.
  • Experience managing, enhancing, and optimizing existing digital products rather than only launching net-new initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to assess performance, identify patterns, and recommend practical improvements.
  • A background in science, engineering, mathematics, economics, business, or another rigorous analytical discipline is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys, digital experience optimization, adoption, engagement, conversion, and product performance metrics.
  • Comfort working with designers and translating customer, business, and data insights into clear product and experience improvements.
  • High EQ: collaborative, calm under pressure, positive, adaptable, and able to build trust with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to talk through ideas, explain trade-offs, and keep teams aligned.
  • AI-native working style, with active use of tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Figma, and related platforms as part of your day-to-day workflow.
  • A bias toward action, continuous improvement, and practical problem-solving.
  • Experience with loyalty, referral, rewards, customer incentive, protection, subscription, or demand-response-style products would be an asset.

The Team

You'll join a collaborative digital product team that includes product management, product ownership, product design, product analytics, and digital sales / online experience leadership. The team is focused on improving customer-facing digital experiences, increasing engagement, and building scalable products that create measurable business impact.

The Ideal Candidate

You're intellectually curious, commercially minded, and energized by the challenge of making good products better. You can zoom out to think strategically, but you're also comfortable getting into the details of customer journeys, feature performance, stakeholder feedback, and design decisions.

You bring the analytical sharpness to evaluate what's working, the creativity to imagine what could be better, and the interpersonal skills to bring people along with you. You're equally comfortable talking through data, collaborating with design, managing stakeholder expectations, and keeping things light when the work gets complex.

Why This Role

This is a great opportunity for a Product Manager who wants to have a direct impact on customer-facing digital products, work with a smart and collaborative team, and help shape meaningful improvements across loyalty, referral, incentive, protection, and emerging digital programs.

If you're Calgary-based, AI-native, analytically strong, and excited by the opportunity to optimize products that customers use every day, we'd love to hear from you.
