We're supporting a high-growth startup in hiring a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to help scale user acquisition across multiple audiences and markets.

 

This is a senior-level growth role for someone who is hands-on and thinks strategically. The ideal candidate is a performance marketer who can execute, optimize, analyze, and also bring fresh ideas to the table. You'll manage meaningful paid media investment, work across a variety of acquisition channels, and help raise the bar beyond status quo campaign optimization.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across digital channels
  • Manage campaign execution, budget allocation, testing, and performance reporting
  • Develop media plans that support growth across multiple audience segments
  • Analyze performance data to identify opportunities, trends, and areas for optimization
  • Partner with creative teams to translate channel insights into actionable creative briefs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across creative, marketing, web, product and sales
  • Evaluate full-funnel performance, from ad creative and landing pages through to conversion
  • Proactively surface new ideas, tests, and growth opportunities
  • Manage and optimize a seven figure annual paid media budget

 

What We're Looking For

  • Strong hands-on paid media and user acquisition experience
  • Experience managing campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, and programmatic/DSPs
  • Proven ability to optimize for metrics such as CAC, LTV, conversion rate, and acquisition efficiency
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with forecasts, budgets, and performance data
  • Experience building media plans and managing meaningful paid media budgets
  • Ability to think critically about the full customer journey, including landing pages, CTAs, UX, and conversion paths
  • Strong creative performance instincts, including the ability to provide actionable feedback to creative teams
  • Highly collaborative working style with the ability to partner across multiple internal teams
  • Curious, proactive mindset with a builder mentality
