What You'll Do

Frontend Design & Development

  • Support ongoing improvements to frontend standards, workflows, and documentation

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Digital, Content, Marketing, and IT stakeholders

  • Contribute thoughtful design and technical recommendations while balancing organizational and CMS constraints

What We're Looking For

  • Senior-level frontend design and development experience
  • Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design
  • Experience working within CMS platforms (Sitecore or enterprise CMS experience is an asset)
  • Strong understanding of accessibility standards and best practices (WCAG/AODA)
  • Ability to work independently and make informed design and frontend decisions
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience working in regulated, brand-sensitive, or complex organizational environments is considered an asset

Personality Fit

  • Proactive and self-directed
  • Highly detail-oriented
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Collaborative and solutions-oriented
