A fast-growing SaaS company is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Product Enablement to elevate how revenue teams understand, communicate, and sell a category-leading product suite. You'll join an award-winning Product Marketing organization known for excellence, curiosity, and high-impact work. The environment is supportive, fast-paced, and collaborative, giving you the runway to experiment, grow, and shape best-in-class marketing practices alongside seasoned B2B SaaS marketers.

Who You Are

You're a storyteller at heart and an enabler by craft. You love creating the decks, videos, narratives, and talk tracks that help teams articulate value with clarity and confidence. You understand B2B SaaS deeply, partner cross-functionally with ease, and use data to pinpoint where enablement can unlock revenue. You're proactive, resourceful, and energized by turning complexity into crisp, compelling messaging.

What You'll Lead

  • Own product enablement strategy across pre- and post-sales teams, driving adoption, alignment, and commercial success.
  • Build high-impact materials such as collateral, videos, decks, narratives, that strengthen value-based selling and improve customer conversations.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research (call listening, surveys, funnel metrics, content performance) to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Develop distribution and adoption strategies for the assets you create, tied to clear outcomes.
  • Partner closely with product, sales, customer success, marketing, and revenue enablement to ensure cohesive, insight-driven enablement.
  • Act as the voice of the field, capturing and synthesizing feedback to influence broader product and marketing narratives.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years in product marketing or enablement within B2B SaaS.
  • Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex products into simple, compelling narratives.
  • A strong portfolio of product enablement assets that improved sales effectiveness or customer understanding.
  • Comfort working with funnel metrics, adoption data, and qualitative insights to prioritize and measure impact.
  • Strategic clarity paired with hands-on execution skills.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration muscles; able to influence without authority.
  • Nice to have: experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
