  • Partner cross-functionally to deliver a seamless, insight-driven client experience

Drive Execution & Delivery

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of marketing assets for national events (in-person and virtual)
  • Manage audience segmentation and communication planning to ensure relevance (no inbox overload)

  • Translate data into actionable insights and continuous improvements
  • Optimize marketing tech stack and platform capabilities
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative team environment

What You Bring

  • 5-7 years in marketing, with a focus on client engagement and lifecycle communications
  • Strong experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (journeys, segmentation, analytics)
  • Proven ability to build and execute personalized, omni-channel campaigns
  • Experience with sales enablement tools (e.g. Seismic) and content strategy
  • Background in marketing for a financial services (or similar) organization
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to balance strategy and execution in a fast-paced environment

What Success Looks Like

  • A more sophisticated, high-performing email and personalization program
  • Increased engagement driven by smarter, data-led communication
  • Strong adoption and impact of sales enablement tools
  • Seamless execution of event marketing initiatives
  • Clear reporting tied to business outcomes

Why You'll Love It

  • Competitive compensation and bonus structure

  • Generous time off and wellness days
  • Hybrid work model with flexibility built in
  • A collaborative, inclusive culture that values growth and accountability

Location: Hybrid (3 days/week onsite, downtown Toronto)

If you're a strategic communicator who thrives on collaboration, impact, and connecting ideas to execution, we'd love to hear from you.
