Key Responsibilities

Event Strategy & Execution

  • Plan and execute a portfolio of physical and digital events end-to-end, including product showcases, workshops, and seasonal events
  • Manage events across multiple business lines, with a strong focus on brokerage-related initiatives
  • Ensure events align with broader brand, marketing, and customer engagement strategies

Event Experience & Customer Journey

  • Design and optimize attendee experiences by mapping the full event journey-from invitation and registration through post-event follow-up and analysis
  • Identify opportunities to enhance engagement and maximize the impact of each event

Vendor & Budget Management

  • Source and manage external vendors including venues, catering, production partners, and event technology providers
  • Build and maintain vendor relationships while negotiating contracts and pricing
  • Manage event budgets and ensure efficient use of resources

Event Portfolio Development

  • Support the development of a scalable and impactful events program
  • Contribute ideas and strategies to help establish and grow a strong events culture within the organization

Performance & Insights

  • Measure event performance and provide post-event reporting and analysis
  • Identify opportunities to improve future events based on attendee feedback and engagement metrics

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience managing events in a corporate or large-scale organizational environment
  • Proven experience executing large or high-profile events from concept to completion
  • Strong ability to think strategically about how events support broader marketing and business goals
  • Experience managing vendors, negotiating contracts, and overseeing budgets
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Highly autonomous with a proactive, "go-getter" mindset
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Why This Role

  • Opportunity to build and elevate a growing events program
  • High ownership and visibility across the organization
  • Collaborative and fast-moving environment
