SEO Copywriter / Strategist - Freelance

We're looking for an experienced SEO Copywriter / Strategist to support a recruitment-focused career website that needs to improve its organic search performance. This is a freelance engagement combining SEO research and strategy with hands-on content writing and optimization.

What You'll Do

Review and optimize existing website pages, recommending revisions, restructuring, and additional content where needed.
Conduct keyword research and develop an on-page SEO/content strategy focused on improving organic rankings.
Write new copy for underdeveloped pages and optimize existing content based on SEO best practices.
Work within a website platform with limited technical SEO capabilities, making on-page content the primary SEO lever.
Collaborate with the creative and digital teams to implement recommendations.

What We're Looking For

Strong experience in SEO copywriting, keyword research, and content strategy.
Proven ability to assess existing websites and translate SEO findings into actionable content recommendations.
Comfortable owning the process from research and strategy through writing and optimization.
Experience with career sites, recruitment marketing, or employer branding is an asset.
