Business Growth & Operations Manager

Full-Time | Remote | Canada

Our client is an established, entrepreneurial organization launching an exciting new business within its portfolio. They're looking for a highly resourceful Business Growth & Operations Manager who thrives on turning ideas into reality and enjoys creating structure where none exists.

Working closely with the executive team, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing a new offering to market, helping shape strategy, optimize operations, improve customer experience, develop partnerships, refine products, and support commercial growth. This is a highly cross-functional role with significant ownership and visibility.

What You'll Do:

• Help launch and grow a new business line from concept to execution.
• Improve operational processes, systems, and customer experience.
• Support product enhancements, automation initiatives, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Build and manage strategic partner relationships.
• Contribute to sales strategy, client engagement, and business development initiatives.
• Research market opportunities and help shape future offerings.
• Create scalable processes, documentation, and reporting.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in operations, strategy, consulting, startups, hospitality, product, marketing, or a similarly dynamic environment.
• Experience building or scaling a product, service, or business.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and wearing multiple hats.
• Strong project management and execution skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Naturally curious about AI, technology, and process improvement.
• Confident collaborating with senior leaders while independently driving initiatives.
